In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.
Our spa works hard to help you achieve a higher state of happy. While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted. We suggest 20% of the full price of the service provided.
We are so confident that you will love our products, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may bring back the product and the original receipt within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. (Product must be at least 75% full for us to issue a refund.)
